With their open atriums, indoor pools and integrated parking, hotels can be both a delight and a challenge to the structural designer. In recent years, RMJ & Associates has provided design services for many hotels, including Holiday Inn, Four Points by Sheraton and Hilton Garden Inn. These projects have come in all shapes and sizes and have included construction in structural steel, concrete, masonry, wood framing and light gauge metal framing.
